Am I bound to the program for a longer period of time?
No, you (or Eric) can end the mentorship program at any time, there is no minimum period, notice period or other contractual obligations. This is important to Eric because he doesn't want anyone (not even himself!) remains in the consulting program against his will.
Can I really contact Eric anytime?
Yes, you can. And Eric usually answers promptly as well. Of course, there is a certain amount of restraint and common sense. During the basic consultation, we ask you to contact Eric a maximum of 1-2 times a week. More contact is also allowed in emergencies.
Is Eric my coach in the mentorship program?
No, Eric is not a coach. He is more of a consultant and source of ideas. He accompanies you, gives you impulses and makes his experience available to you. In the end, you always decide which advice you accept and implement — and which not. What impulse you're following and where you need more clarity and inspiration.
How many mentees does Eric take on?
In the executive program, Eric accepts a maximum of 8 mentees. As a rule, you have to set aside some time and wait until a seat becomes available again.
